Experience Summary
My husband and I moved to Honolulu in the spring of 1974. We had lived
in California for 5 years prior to moving here. We enjoy the casual life-style
and beautiful weather here on the islands, and besides that, my hay fever
was cured right after we landed in the Honolulu Airport. Our two children
were born and raised here, and my husband and I feel very lucky to have
called Hawaii our home for over 30 years.
I have always felt that real estate is an asset people should invest in.
You can utilize a small amount of fund to inquire an asset, and other investment
tools may not generate the same kind of results. This concept may have
come from my upbringing, or from my Chinese background.
Over the years, I have gained substantial experience selling and buying real estate for both my clients and for myself. When it comes to selling or buying properties, I pay attention to all the details and walk with my clients every step of the way.
