Hawaiian Style

Patrick S. and Takako Y. McMillen, sole shareholders of CENTURY 21 Hawaiian Style, have been licensed full time real estate agents since 1988. The two worked under different brokerages and learned different business techniques until they decided to start their own company.  CENTURY 21 Hawaiian Style was licensed by the State of Hawaii as a Real Estate Corporation on January 14, 2004. 

Since Takako McMillen started working as a realtor back in 1988, she has been maintaining sales production levels among the top 2% of all Oahu real estate sales agents. Together, Patrick and Takako share their real estate expertise to clients and CENTURY 21 Hawaiian Style RealtorsR.
