Brief History

July 28, 1971
CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation is formed in Orange County, CA by real estate brokers Art Bartlett and Marsh Fisher.

December 1992 
Year end sales for the entire CENTURY 21 system reaches $100 billion.

August 1993
CENTURY 21 System pioneers the “consultative” approach to real estate sales, focusing on developing long term relationships with its customers and exceeding their needs and expectations.

August 1996
CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corportation and America Obline lauches CENTURY21 Communities, the first online area for a comprehensive, user-friendly source of information about communities and neighborhoods in the United States and Canada.

December 2001
CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation receives two J.D. Power and Associates awards for customer satisfaction. Among national full service real estate firms, the CENTURY 21 System received “Highest Overall Satisfaction for First Time Home Buyers” and “Highest Overall Satisfaction With Internet Services Provided to Home Sellers.”

CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation is named the top Easter Seals fundraiser for 2001, and also earns the distinction as the all-time leading corporate sponsor of this organization.
